Implementing Delivery Drones in Logistics Business Process: Case of Pharmaceutical Industry

The article actually have a chance to be the base article of the research since it discusses the aim of the project. Like the previous, it discusses drone logistics but in a more specific part, especially in delivering medical packages.

The article explains how unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) can be used in logistics of medical supplies. It uses pharmaceutical industry as its basis for forming conceptual business process model to discuss the drones’ effectiveness.
