Introduction

For the USE course "Project Robots Everywhere" we are developing (a prototype of) an application that will filter WhatsApp notifications based on relevance for the user. The user will only recieve a notification of those messages deemed important for the user. To personalize the filtering, the application needs to learn from the user. This can be done by letting the user give feedback to application about its performance. We would like to ask you some question about how you might use this application, and how you would like to be able to give feedback.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being very little and 10 being very much, how annoyed are you by unwanted WhatsApp notifications?

Would you be interested in a WhatsApp spam-filtering applications as described in the introduction?

One option to give feedback would be to be able to mark whether or not a message was indeed important when you recieve it. Do you think that this is a good method to recieve feedback?

Do you think that you would use this feature (as described in the previous question) often?

Do you have a different idea of how the user could give feedback to the application, or other general tips or remarks regarding our project?
