There is always some form of interaction with the user. What is the right location to place the box (keep in mind that there are special forms of housing such as flats)? What does this location mean for the user? Consider limitations of the size of the package and box. Give the users choices between different delivery methods; human or drone delivery. You’re designing a logistic cycle; stay focused during the project and learn from previous projects. look at Amazon; what is their method of delivery? Is the delivery personal or do the drivers simply leave the deliveries on the clients porch? Use the guideline of Amazon for a 30 minute delivery. This is easy to calculate taking into account the amount of warehouses in the Netherlands. In what stage is Amazon with the delivery of packages with drones? What is their vision on drone delivery and is this profitable and desirable? Your plan is way too broad at the moment. Upload the Coaching Questions to Wiki as soon as possible. Also make a table of contents. Also clarify what your end result will be; will it be a CAD model, a survey or an experiment? What is the relation with the user? Give this some structure and give some examples and ideas about your plan. Be specific and always expect the question: why?

How does the drone find his landing stage? How is the drone supposed to approach this location? What could be the legal frameworks? Your subject is still too broad. The delivery of packages in cities is a big problem in the Netherlands. The output of the model differs a lot for each city so keep your focus on one city according to your own choice. Where should the truck park? The comparison made between the drone and truck delivery is not honest; delay time by traffic lights etc should be included. We’re working on different projects simultaneously, choose for a balance. How realistic is the model? Is it worth it to invest in this project for Eindhoven? Are you working on a logistic or robotics project? Your crucial point is to improve the current delivery method. To realize this, the current method has to be measured and the output of our method has to make clear what the new situation will become. Just making a comparison is not evident. Have a look on the previous projects; there already were some surveys about drone delivery. Focus on the goal of your project and the real problem. Be specific with the questions of the survey. Give an answer to the main question for all subtopics. Also look at the feasibility of the project.

Your subject is still too broad; make it more specific. Your Wiki page contains less information; expand this. The idealized picture of warehouses does not take the population densit into account. What will you show with your model? Will it be a Matlab model which compares the three methods for delivery in a city? How long will it take before you have the results of the survey and does the survey gives you the information which you want? Talk about advantages and disadvantages; neutralize the survey. Now the assumption has been made that drone delivery will improve the current delivery method. This is not a right thing to do. What are the inputs and outputs of your model? The model and survey are independent. The survey will give you quantitative data which is a good base for the model. Look at the three methods and make a model for these.
