We look at re traffic rule for mobilty scooters in the Netherlands.

Mobility scooter are alowd to drive on the side walk but the can also drive on the bicycle path or on the right side of the regular road. They are not aloud to drive on a motorway or highway.[1]

When driving on a sidewalk they need to follow the rules for pedestrians[1]. When thay are on a bicycle path or regual road the need to behave a moped.[1]
On a side walk may no drive faster as 6 km/h.

When driving on a bicylcle paht or regual road they need to obey the speed limit.[1]

Mobility scooter may drive next to each other on a side way when to do not upstruct trafic. On a bicyle way or regualar road driving next to each other is not alouwd. [1]

When driving on the sideway a mobility scooter need to follow the right of way rules for pedestrians[1]. When driving on a bycicle path or regual road the mobility scooter needs to follow the right of way rules for mopeds.[1]

rewuirements:
The mobility scooter will not drive faster as 6km/h on a side walk
The mobility scooter will not drive faster as the speed limit when on a bicylce path
The mobility scooter will not drive faster as the speed limit when on a regual road.
When driving on a bicycle path the autonomous mobility scooter will not drive next to an other mobility scooter.
When driving on a regular road the autonomous mobility scooter will not drive next to an other mobility scooter.
When driving on a sideway the mobiliscooter will obey the right of way rules for pedestrians.
Wehn driving on a bicyle path the mobility scooter will follow the right of way rules for mopeds.
When driging on a regular road the mobility scooter will follow the right of way rules for mopeds.
The mobility scooter will use flashing lights when chaning driving dicerions.

The autonomous mobility soocter will have flashing lights.
