Ng Wai Hei, Fong Yan Nok, Mok Ka Wing, and Lee Yip Hang

Volume 1(3),2015 Journal of Law, Technology and Public Policy,

Relevance: This paper treats the liability of seller who entrust drone carriers in regards to theft, weather and other obstacles. The chapters 6 and 7 treats these problems. It addresses an interesting point that the general rule is that if the seller is authorized or required to send the goods to the buyer, delivery of the goods to a carrier, whether named by the buyer or not, for the purpose of delivering the goods to the buyer is prima facie deemed to be a delivery of the goods to the buyer.
