This paper describes a moving solar roof for a hybrid solar vehicle. The paper provides calculations on how the solar roof should be oriented - height and angle - to maximize solar energy. There is also some information on the optimisation of roof geometry and economic feasibility for this purpose.

This paper could be useful for deciding the feasibility of trying to incorporate a moving solar roof for our robot.
